Returns / Refund Policy

 

The team at Brunny are stoked about your hardware purchase and we hope you are too! We understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. If so, for national order, you have 14 days from your purchase date to return your item.

Email brunnyhardcore3056@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and reason for return. We endeavour to respond with further instructions within 24 hours during regular business days. Items must be returned with their original packaging.

If your purchased product is over $100 AU we recommend you use a trackable shipping service. 

If your product is damaged during shipping and/or faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, product will be replaced or refunded. However, this must be communicated via brunnyhardcore3056@gmail.com. 

Please choose carefully! We do not offer exchanges or refund on international shipping, if you have ordered an incorrect size or colour you may submit a demand for exchange. In this instance, shipping will not be covered.

We do not provide a refund if address provide by client is incorrect while delivery attempt.
